An Indian couple wait on April 18, 2010 in the transit area of the airport in Frankfurt/Main, western Germany. Around 800 passangers without a valid visa for the Schengen zone are temporarily accommodated in the transit area of the airport, as the high-altitude cloud of volcanic ash from Iceland spreads further over Europe and forces airports all over Europe to cancel their service.
