FRANCE-US-JUSTICE-VIVENDI-TRIAL
Vivendi's former managing director Eric Licoys arrives at Paris' courthouse on June 3, 2010 in Paris, to appear in the trial of seven former Vivendi SA executives. Ex-Vivendi boss Jean-Marie Messier is accused of misleading the stock market, manipulating share prices and misusing corporate funds in the 2000-2002 period when Vivendi, previously a sleepy French water utility, went on a massive takeover spree.
