(FILES)- Photo taken on July 17, 1984 near La Plagne, eastern France, shows French cyslists Laurent Fillon (L) and Bernard Hinault during the 18th stage of the 17th edition of the Tour de France. Two-time Tour de France winner Laurent Fignon died aged 50 following a battle with cancer, France 2 television reported on August 31, 2010.
