(FILES) - Photo taken on July 21, 1984 shows French cyclist Laurent Fignon after winning the 22th stage of the Tour de France cycling road race between Villie Morgon and Villefrande-en-Beaujolais, center of France. Two-time Tour de France winner Laurent Fignon died aged 50 following a battle with cancer, France 2 television reported on August 31, 2010. The French rider won the Tour de France in 1983 and 1984 and the Tour of Italy in 1989. AFP PHOTO
