Demonstrators throw bottles to anti-riot police officers on October 28, 2010 in Saint-Nazaire at the end of a demonstration as part of a ninth day of actions against the pensions reform law, that was formally adopted by lawmakers. The National Assembly voted 336 for and 233 against the law, which raises the minimum retirement age from 60 to 62, on the eve of the latest in a series of protests that have threatened to bring France to a standstill.
