TO GO WITH AFP STORY BY LAURENT ABADIE
Olympe and Yvon Minvielle, producers of all-organic wines and directors of the documentary film "L'esprit du vin, le réveil des terroirs" (the spirit of wine, the soils' awakening), read on June 02, 2011, the "Guide des meilleurs vins bio de France" (France's best organic wines guide) at the Château Lagarette in Camblanes-et-Meynac, French southwestern region of Gironde, as they sit with two bottles of their organic wine "Premières Côtes de Bordeaux". The Minvielle couple directed a polemical documentary film on all-organic wine production, which fights against chemistry in modern wine production in respect of environment, vineyard and consumer, shown in a preview for professionals at the Vinexpo, the world wine fair in Bordeaux running from June 19 to 23.
