Olympe and Yvon Minvielle, producers of all-organic wines, walk in their vineyard at the Château Lagarette in Camblanes-et-Meynac, French southwestern region of Gironde, on June 02, 2011. The Minvielle couple directed a polemical documentary film, "L'esprit du vin, le réveil des terroirs" (the spirit of wine, the soils' awakening), on all-organic wine production, such as their organic wine "Premières Côtes de Bordeaux", which fights against chemistry in modern wine production in respect of environment, vineyard and consumer, shown in a preview for professionals at the Vinexpo, the world wine fair in Bordeaux running from June 19 to 23.
