BELGIUM-EU-FINANCES-EUROGROUP
European Central Bank President Jean-Claude Trichet and Luxembourg Prime Minister and Eurogroup head Jean-Claude Juncker talk before a Eurogroup Council meeting on June 14, 2011 at EU headquarters in Brussels. Eurozone finance ministers are meeting in Brussels bidding to resolve a damaging row over the extent to which banks and other private investors can be forced to contribute to a second Greece bailout. German Finance Minister Wolfgang Schaeuble said on June 14 that Berlin was ready to give Greece more financial aid under a second eurozone-IMF bailout -- provided banks and other private creditors take part.
