Eurozone finance ministers are meeting in Brussels bidding to resolve a damaging row over the extent to which banks and other private investors can be forced to contribute to a second Greece bailout.Schaeuble said on June 14 that Berlin was ready to give Greece more financial aid under a second eurozone-IMF bailout -- provided banks and other private creditors take part.
