LUXEMBOURG-EU-EUROGROUP-GREECE

Both arrived for a two days of crunch talks to release funds to keep Athens from default in the summer, while mulling the shape of a second bailout for Athens in just over a year. Ministers from the 17 nations using the euro were to begin talks at 7:00 pm (1700 GMT) to approve loans of over 8.7 billion euros ($12.5 billion), their share of a 12-billion-euro tranche of bailout funding which Athens needs to avoid default next month.
