(FILES) -- File picture dated February 5, 2011 shows Libyan leader Moamer Kadhafi addressing the media in front of the iconic statue of a golden fist crushing a US military bomber at his Bab al-Aziziya complex. Celebratory gunfire rocked the city when the insurgents breached the walls of Kadhafi's compound in the centre of the capital on August 23 and sent his forces fleeing, but in a speech carried afterwards by the website of a television station headed by his son Seif al-Islam, the Libyan leader said he had abandoned Bab al-Azizya in a "tactical withdrawal" after it had been wrecked by NATO warplanes.
