US flight medic sergeant Megan Ford (R) gives a thumbs up to Crew Chief staff sergeant Ryan Haworth (L) of U.S. Army's Task Force Lift "Dust Off", Charlie Company 1-171 Aviation Regiment, while giving medical treatment to a wounded soldier wounded by an Improvised Explosive Device (IED) in a medevac helicopter during an airlift in Helmand province on October 31, 2011. The soldier suffered from fractures on his twisted right leg.
