US Lieutenant General Ricardo Sanchez (R), commander of US ground troops in Iraq, and the US Army-s Corps of Engineers Gulf Region Division (Provisional) commander Major General Ronald Johnson attend the division-s activation ceremony in Baghdad 25 January 2004. The activation brings under one structure some 20 separate Corps offices and organizations.
