Norway's Minister of Justice and Police Grete Faremo (L) talks with Swedish Migration and Asylum Policy minister Tobias Billstrom (C) and Swedish Justice minister Beatrice Ask prior to the start of a Justice and Home Affairs Council on June 7, 2012 at the Kirchberg Conference center in Luxembourg.
