HAITI-UNREST-FIRE
People try to extinguish a fire set to a house which was owned by an Aristide supporter in Cap-Haitian, 25 February 2004. Rebels are making a sweep operation in this city in order to run away any pro-Arisitde citizens. Politicians opposed to President Jean-Bertrand Aristide rejected an international peace plan which would have allowed the president to stay in power till 2006 in return for a severe curtailment of his powers.AFP PHOTO/JAIME RAZURI
