Feltman met on January 30 with Somali Prime Minister Abdi Farah Shiridon as well as other cabinet ministers and Somali Parliament Speaker Osman Jawari to discuss a range of issues, including support to the national federal government, reconciliation of former combatants, human rights, rule of law and the future configuration of the United Nations presence in Somalia.
