LUXEMBOURG-EU-FOREIGN
High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Catherine Ashton rings the bell prior an Foreign Affairs Council on April 22, 2013 at the Kirchberg conference center in Luxembourg. EU foreign ministers meeting are set to formally adopt measures enabling EU companies on a case-by-case basis to import Syrian crude and export oil production technology and investment cash to areas in the hands of the opposition. The Council will take stock of the reparations for the Eastern Partnership foreign ministers meeting, which will take place in July in Brussels. The Council will also look at the situation in Mali.
