LUXEMBOURG-EU-FOREIGN
German Foreign Affairs minister Guido Westerwelle, Swedish Foreign Affairs minister Carl Bildt and EU commissioner for International Cooperation, Humanitarian Aid and Crisis Response Kristalina Georgieva and EU Commissioner for Enlargement and European Neighbourhood Policy Stefan Füle (LtR) talk prior to a Foreign Affairs Council on April 22, 2013 at the Kirchberg conference centre in Luxembourg. EU foreign ministers meeting are set to formally adopt measures enabling EU companies on a case-by-case basis to import Syrian crude and export oil production technology and investment cash to areas in the hands of the opposition. The Council will take stock of the reparations for the Eastern Partnership foreign ministers meeting, which will take place in July in Brussels. The Council will also look at the situation in Mali.
