Indian Border Security Force (BSF) Head Constable Ram Niwas, who was wounded in a cross-border firing incident at the Ramgarh Sector in Samba District, near the India-Pakistan border some 45 kms from Jammu, is brought to the government Medical College Hospital in Jammu on August 5, 2013. An Indian border guard was wounded after he was shot from across the India-Pakistan border in Samba district of India-administered Kashmir, a report said.
