Mortally wounded Indian Border Security Force (BSF) soldier Constable Sanjay Dhar from 192 Battalion, who was shot during a cross border firing incident in the Pittal border outpost in Arnia subsector along the India-Pakistan border, is brought to the Government Medical College Hospital in Jammu on July 16, 2014.
