French Laurent Spanghero, founder and former head of French meat processing company Spanghero, checks a product on the production line of La Lauragaise's factory, the new name of Spanghero plant, on August 29, 2013, in Castelnaudary, southwestern France. The company restarted its activity with forty employees from a previous high of two hundred and thirty who were retained by Laurent Spanghero and two financial partners.
