Princess Astrid of Belgium(L) smiles on October 25, 2013 at a model of the new South African Antarctic research ship, the SAS Agulhas II, which was given to her as a gift, during a visit to the ship in Cape Town harbour. Princess Astrid is heading a high-level economic mission to South Africa. Part of this event is to enhance collaboration between the South African National Antarctic Program (SANAP) and the International Polar Foundation (IPF).
