A picture taken on November 20, 1989 shows "the House of the People", the palace of Romania's dictator Nicolae Ceausescu, in Bucharest. Anca Petrescu, the architect who designed the immense palace of former dictator Ceausescu, now hosting the Romanian Parliament building, died on October 30, 2013 at the age of 64, news agency Mediafax reported. After the death of the dictator, Petrescu was a MP for the extreme-right Party for a big Romania between 2004 and 2008. AFP PHOTO / GERARD FOUET
