ROMANIA-POLITICS-GOVERNMENT-PALACE
A picture taken on January 4, 1990 shows a reception hall at Romania's overthroned dictator Nicolae Ceausescu, initially called "the House of the People", in Bucharest. Anca Petrescu, the architect who designed the immense palace of former dictator Ceausescu, now hosting the Romanian Parliament, died on October 30, 2013 at the age of 64, news agency Mediafax reported. After the death of the dictator, Petrescu was a MP for the extreme-right Party for a big Romania between 2004 and 2008. AFP PHOTO / CHRISTOPHE SIMON
