INDIA-ENVIRONMENT-ELEPHANT
A rarely seen single tusk elephant also called as “Ganesh Elephant” raises his trunk as he stands among flowers in Kaziranga National Park, some 250kms east of Guwahati on October 31, 2013. The world famous Kaziranga National Park in the north-easteern Indian state of Assam is scheduled to be reopened for tourists from November 1, 2013. There are seventeen species of mammals, twenty three species of birds and ten species of reptiles which are in endangered list are found in Kaziranga.
