(FILES) In this photograph taken on December 30, 2012, an Indian protester holds a banner during a rally in New Delhi, following the cremation of a gangrape victim in the Indian capital. India erupted in protest following the fatal gang-rape of a 23-year-old physiotherapy student on December 16, 2102. The student, set upon in New Delhi while she was on a bus home from the cinema with a male friend, died two weeks later from her injuries, some of them inflicted with an iron rod.
