This picture released by the official Syrian Arab News Agency (SANA) on December 30, 2013 allegedly shows a Russian airplane carrying 32 tons of assorted types of aid including food, milk for infants and canned goods, following its arrival at the Bassel al-Assad international airport in Syria's Mediterranean port city of Latakia. The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights says that more than 126,000 people have been killed in Syria since the conflict erupted in mid-March 2011 and millions more forced to flee their homes.
