Salvaged Artifacts Auction
In this Tuesday, March 10, 2015 photo, welder Jose Moscoso repairs a wrought iron gate that is part of a collection of historic artifacts at Urban Archeology in New York. The former salvage company that years ago switched to the manufacture of tile, lighting and bathroom accessories based on iconic designs, is auctioning off approximately 6,000 artifacts saved from destruction, nearly its entire salvage inventory.
