This photo dated 09 August 2004 shows radical Iraqi Shiite Muslim cleric Moqtada Sadr giving a press conference at the shrine of Imam Ali in the battered holy Shiite city of Najaf. Sadr was wounded, a spokesman for the radical Shiite cleric told AFP early 13 August 2004. "He was wounded in three places and his condition is not known yet," said Sheikh Ahmed al-Shaibani from inside the shrine. It was not immediately clear when and how Sadr sustained the injuries.
