IRAQ-US-UNREST-MARINES
A picture released by the US Marines 05 September 2004 shows 1st Sgt. Octaviano Gallegos, 37, providing security for his Marines at the Iraqi al-Anbar province. At least six US marines were killed and several others wounded 06 September 2004 in an attack on a military convoy near the militant Iraqi stronghold of Fallujah, witnesses and US military sources said.
