From right: Former Czech dissident, playwright and President Vaclav Havel, an unidentified official, former Spanish Prime Minister Jose Maria Aznar and Czech Senate Chairman Petr Pithart open 17 September 2004 in Prague the three-day meeting of the International Committee for Democracy in Cuba (ICDC), founded by Havel, the first summit on Cuban issues.
