From right: Former Estonian Premier Mart Laar, former Czech dissident, playwright and President Vaclav Havel, former Spanish Prime Minister Jose Maria Aznar, former Costa Rica President Luis Alberto Monge, an unidentified official, Czech Senate Chairman Petr Pithart, former Uruguayan President Luis Alberto Lacalle and another unidentified official, open 17 September 2004 in Prague the three-day meeting of the International Committee for Democracy in Cuba (ICDC), founded by Havel, the first summit on Cuban issues.
