Former Walt Disney Company president Michael Ovitz leaves Chancery Court for a lunch break 28 October, 2004 in Georgetown, Delaware. A lawsuit demanding Walt Disney Co. directors reimburse more than 140 million dollars paid to Ovitz started 26 October, seven years after shareholders brought the action. The shareholders allege that the board failed in their legal duty over the package for Ovitz, who was named 26 September, 1995, and left the movie and media giant 14 months later.
