Former Walt Disney Company president Michael Ovitz (R) leaves Chancery Court for a lunch break 28 October, 2004 in Georgetown, Delaware. A lawsuit demanding Walt Disney Co. directors reimburse more than 140 million dollars paid to Ovitz started 26 October, seven years after shareholders brought the action.
