NETHERLANDS-BANKING-ABN-JOBS
(FILES) Photo combo taken in 2003 shows Rijkman Groenink, Chief Executive Officer of ABN Amro in Amsterdam. Dutch banking group ABN Amro said, 16 December 2004 that it would shed 2,850 jobs under a plan to speed up cost cutting to save 770 million euros (1.024 billion dollars) from 2007. A third of the job losses would occur in the Netherlands, but would not involve obligatory redundancy.
