NETHERLANDS-WESTERBORK-MONUMENT
(FILES) A file photo taken 22 February 2004 shows a monument, comprising 102,000 stones, at the Dutch transit camp Westerbork. The stones symbolize the Dutch Jewish victims of the Nazi Holocaust who transited at Westerbrook before being deported to the Auschwitz death camp in Poland. The names of the victims were read aloud overnight 24 January 2005. The oral act of remembrance, which began in Amsterdam 23 January 2005, will be completed 27 January 2005 to coincide with the 60th anniversary of the liberation of Auschwitz. AFP PHOTO/KOEN SUYK
