TO GO WITH AUSTRALIA-ABORIGINES-SCHED-FEATURE by Neil Sands
This picture taken 19 May, 2007 shows Aboriginal child Georgie Robertson (C) spending time in the remains of one of the houses at Hopy's town camp at Alice Springs. After 40 years of landmark vote, when Aborigines were recognised as full Australian citizens for the first time, indiginous communities are still off the map marked as either blank or parkland.
