A display at the Philippine Stock Exchange indicates flat activity while traders are posted in their respective booths, 24 November 2003, in Manila. Philippine share prices closed flat 24 November, coming off early losses following the resignation of Finance Secretary Jose Isidro Camacho and reports that movie star Fernando Poe Jr had confirmed he would challenge President Gloria Arroyo in next year's election.
