PHILIPPINES-STOCKS
The Philippine Stock Exchange display in Manila shows a decline during the last trading day 30 December2003 with share prices closing 0.57 percent lower as profit-taking set in after the market hit its high for theyear despite a series of political and economic concerns. The Philippine Stock Exchange composite index fell8.33 points to 1,442.37.
